Belgian
yellow golden tripel with noticeable Belgian yeasty vibe in it’s smell. A long
lasting head and much carbonation. Beer looks golden and clear, even with all
the yeast in the glass. Very bitter sharp Belgian styled yeasty taste turn into
flavors of coriander and flowery fruits. Yeast rules the palette and gives some
herbal and maybe even grassy, earthy feel to this beer. I don’t know, what to
think about this…this is good in it’s own Belgish way, drinkable but not very
easily, still weirdly refreshing.
Especially
for the friends of Belgian styled ales. Spicy yeasty stuff and in my humble
opinion better than for example Rochefort 10 :)
