| IPA is Dead 2013 By The Puzzler |
Ok, these "Single Hop IPA" beers are interesting, but not all that magnificent.
This Waimea has an odd aroma. There is some over-ripe plum or something like
that. Taste is also a bit challenging. This is not bad, not at all, but the
scent and taste summed up this is like well, something experimental beer, that
just didn’t go too balanced or great. But ok this is, easily. Just some odd…but
actually good. I can’t complain, because the final judgment is that BrewDog
delivers, yet again, whatever they do, they can do, and they do well. This has
unique touch and props to that, although this is not my favorite, but still,
very good.
