Catpiss
scent…and such a lovely orangy taste! This Sorachi Ace hop seems interesting in
this saison or “farmhouse ale” (is this some American version of saison?) as
they say in the bottle. It is originally from Japan, but now grown is US too.
There is also that usual Belgian yeasty spicyness but orange and apple and
citrus rules. Beautiful, very easy-drinkable and tasty fruity ale!
