I am not a
big fan of weizens. This reminded me why –at first. Feels sharp and metallic,
but after a while turns out to be softer, smoother and even a bit wonderful.
Metamorphosis in a bottle. Beautiful misty beer with hints of those lovely
Belgian yeasts and flowery spices. Rises to the occasion!
