This ”okologisk” beer
från Norrebro Bryghus, Denmark, is one of those modern beers that
are not bulk. This is a nod to American pilsners, that's where the
name comes. Very thick and long lasting head, which is at first odd,
but really a good thing about this lager. It is golden and quite easy
on taste, but still it it way better than its bulk cousins. But, if
I'm honest, and I have to be, this is not very good beer, if you want
to have some rich, aromatic, hoppy and tasteful beer. This is just
ok, and barely even that, but in its own genre, I guess this is ok.
