Wow. Very pleasant beer from the Finnish Giant.
No wonder, though. Sinebrychoff’s best beer, well-respected Koff Porter has had
its tuning with very hip-collaboration style. Brooklyn Brewery made this with
Sinebrychoff. Its based of course in classic Koff Porter, but maple syrup is
from New York and there are also Finnish spruce sprout
(kuusenkerkkä in Finnish). So, what else? Maybe some “softness” to the original
porter, which is a classic in its own. This is a fucking great brew too! I
don’t know which one’s better, but must do a duel sometime near future…
Maybe
something about taste: Burned sweet coffee, perfect porter taste!
